Large cyclone heading to crippled Myanmar

A "significant" tropical cyclone is expected to form in the next 24 hours and sweep across Myanmar's largest city Yangon and into the Irrawaddy delta area -- the region worst affected -- according to the Joint Typhoon Warning Center.

This one is not supposed to be as bad as the last one, but at this point, getting another one would be catastrophic for them. Can you imagine New Orleans getting a second hurricane on the heels of Katrina? There are still millions of people who are homeless from the first one. Those poor people.
