2. I think his past could answer that question. He probably golfs like he
runs a country
runs a business
runs his personal life
runs a state

His past speaks volumes

7. Yep. And I left out my favorite DUH-bya move
Back in the early 90's he was the only baseball owner to vote against the present post-season system.
He said history would prove him right.

Yep. Baseball is making a ton of cash off of the wildcard system. We've had wildcard teams win the WS.

Maybe if we wait another 100 years (ala mcbush) we'll find out scrub was correct -- but I doubt it.

5. I think he was happy to lose the golf war, and how convenient
he can use it to claim he sacrificed his 'sport' (golf) to honor the soldiers killed and injured in his war of choice.

But, who knows? I think he just makes up shit as he goes along. He doesn't know what he's going to say, until he says it. (On these informal sit down interviews with friendlies")

8. It's not something that can be won or lost.

It's just chaos. And it's an illegal occupation. How do you win an illegal occupation? Such things seldom last. It's just a matter of when the occupier packs up and goes home.
