9. And he LIED! He was golfing after he said he quit.
Basically, the story he quit due to a certain soldiers death was a LIE. The timing is way off.

Bush used the death of a soldier in spinning his lie!

WTF, but his lies killed the soldier too!!

Most of us gave up counting back in 2004. The manchild doesn't have capacity to feel anything but what impulse through his brainstem at the moment. Remember, he's lived in a bubble world of self-indulgence. He's never had to truly account for his actions or emotions and has been catered to. In many ways he symbolizes what's become the new national bird...the chickenhawk.
