The black helicopters just flew over again

I live near Picatinny Arsenal in NJ, and at least twice a week just before midnight, a flight of very black, fast helicopters flies over on their way to the airfield there.

my first one. We tried to see where it had landed at the small airport but couln't find it. It was a large helicopter with a weird flat thing attached to it.
