He uses a speech before a foreign Government for an ugly, inappropriate attack on Obama. And when there is a reaction and people call him on his bullshit, he won't even man up and defend it. Oh no, he tries to tell us that he did not mean Obama. So what "candidate" was he referring to?
What a weaselly, wretched sack of excrement he is.

...on the Iraq War and dealing with terrorism and said that McCain and Bush have a lot to account for to the American people

Regardless of his claim that it wasn't directed at Obama (although Biden said he was told by media types that it definitely was), he broke with tradition.

Pelosi said there's been an understanding that when the President was abroad, the folks at home wouldn't criticize him, yet he did just that himself. Someone else also pointed out that Nixon, while abroad, never dissed Johnson's Viet Nam agenda.

Bush just isn't a statesman. Nor a gentleman.
