John McCain is the most AWFUL speaker
Wow, cannot wait to put that plodding, rehearsed, stilted speaker against our eloquent, quick-thinking, and inspiring nominee!

4. That's why he scared me
his views are somewhere past Saturn, but he's charming and funny and seems like just a regular person.

Luckily McCain seems like the dolt he is.

6. Not God

Oh yeah. Oh yeah.

14. Don't we all.
:)

The choice will become crystal clear as we move into the General. The side-by-side between John "get off my lawn" McSame and Barack "da man of new politics" Obama will deliver the election our way. I seriously cannot imagine anyone under 25 voting for McSame. Literally.

3. Yes he's a poor speaker, but he's a hell of a lot better than Shrub!
At least so far, I haven't heard him make up his own words!

12. He sounds like someone reading a bedtime story
and in the most stereotypical "old man's voice" way

He is about as inspiring as a crosswalk

16. Now, I have to say
*I* read bedtime stories VERY well.

He would most certainly succeed in putting someone to sleep, however!

15. I just can't believe they've gone with
this guy as their first choice for prez. He puts people to sleep when he talks. He doesn't speak with any conviction. All his lines seem rehearsed (badly) and he doesn't have a real good grasp of things in general. What a poor choice the goops have put forward.

17. OMG! He is soooo bad, they don't even know when to applaud!
He sounds like he's working in his flower garden, grumbling about real or imaginary problems of now or some prior decade. He can't put together a cogent series of sentences even when he's reading them. They have him off the Straight Talk diet, and he doesn't know how to talk like this.

19. That's what those big signs are for, I'm guessing!
They've been well trained for it through the Bush administrations.

25. So I've heard.
Again, the contrast between well-spoken and *always* cool Obama and flustered, poorly spoken and angry McCain would be quite instructive, I think!

24. McSame is totally unremarkable. In Yiddish there is a term, nebbish. That's what I think
every time I see and hear him. It means a weak-willed, timid, ineffectual person.
