Secret Service Agent threw another agent's Jack Russell Terrier Out Window
Edited on Fri May-16-08 06:21 PM by RamboLiberal
Pooch hurt in plunge is home, and dog-sitter hires a lawyer

The dog that survived a fall - or a throw - from an upper West Side apartment is back with its owner, the ASPCA said Thursday.

The Jack Russell terrier broke both its front legs last week while its owner, a Secret Service agent, was working Jenna Bush's wedding, police sources said.

The person who was watching the dog, also a Secret Service agent, has hired a lawyer, the sources said.

It remained unclear how the dog ended up on the street at W. 105th St. and Columbus Ave. on May 8.

"I heard a noise and loud voice that said, 'Shut up!'" Norma Rivera, a crossing guard at Public School 145 on the upper West Side, told the Daily News on

A Secret Service agent may regret having worked Jenna Bush's wedding.

While the agent was at the President's gated Texas ranch for the nuptials, her black-and-white Jack Russell terrier jumped - or was thrown - out of an upper West Side apartment window, police sources said Wednesday.

"I was standing on the corner. I heard a noise and loud voice that said, 'Shut up!'" said Norma Rivera, a crossing guard at Public School 145 on the upper West Side.

"I saw the dog flying, and it landed in the middle of the street!" the animal lover said.

1. What does the dog-sitter's behavior have to do with the Agent?

3. because the dog sitter was ALSO an agent..it is the dog sitter agent to which the OP referred
not the owner of the dog agent.

9. This is absolutely sickening!
It's hard to hold back the tears. I just lost my little black and white Jack Russell in February. I am still grieving. I can't believe someone could deliberately do that to an innocent little animal. It takes all kinds! Bet they were Rethugs...you know...the kind that torture prisoners.
