x10Hosting the real thing, or a scam?

Does anybody know of anyone who has actually gotten free web-hosting service out of X10Hosting? I've tried to set up a free account there but it seems set-up to only let you use their forums. It recognizes my forum account name to get on the forum but when I try to link to the forum account to try to open my (supposed) web enabled account it says no such forum account name exists.

Is this a fraud being perpetrated by someone who really just wants to sell web-space or what?

Anybody familiar with this outfit?
