11. From what I understand

only people who were receiving tax refunds got the direct deposit. If you owed taxes, like we did, even if you paid them well before April 15, like we did, you have to wait for the paper check. It doesn't seem quite fair to make the people who just shelled out cash to the IRS have to wait ... but when is anything ever fair with this administration?
