CORPORATE CRIME REPORTER

Bugliosi Wants Bush Charged with Murder

http://www.corporatecrimereporter.com/bugliosi052208.htm
22 Corporate Crime Reporter 21, May 22, 2008

Former California prosecutor Vincent Bugliosi wants President Bush charged with murder.

Bugliosi – who in the early 1970s successfully prosecuted Charles Manson for the murder of Sharon Tate and six others – lays out his case against Bush in The Prosecution of George W. Bush for Murder (Perseus Books, 2008).

The book will hit book stores next week – Tuesday May 27, 2008.

“My motivation for writing this book is simple – to bring about justice,” Bugliosi says in a video posted on the book’s web site (prosecutionofbush.com).

“George Bush has gotten away with murder – thousands of murders,” Bugliosi says. “And no one is doing anything about it. The American people can’t let him do this.”

Bugliosi wants one or more of the fifty state attorneys general or one of the nation’s hundreds of district attorneys to step up and prosecute Bush for murder.

1. That's the LEAST of the crimes he should be charged with
Murder, illegal war and occupation, torture, violation of practically every civilized convention known to man, depraved indifference to suffering especially after Katrina. I could go on but it's too early in the morning to get my blood pressure up.

17. Treason with a Big T.
Prosecute all of the perpeTRAITORS.

Junior will undoubtedly pardon all of those involved just like his daddy did with Iran Contra.

Prosecute them on State charges which cannot be pardoned by the President so that, if there is a President in the future who is inclined to let them out of prison, the State convictions will preclude it.

4. Since Bugliosi prosecuted Charlie Manson,
he should have no trouble recognizing deranged, disgusting, obscene, serial killers and murderers. Seems like he's recognized another one in Bush. Too bad the media pundits are too blind to see what's before them.

6. Wow. He's a gutsy guy. I don't see him on TV much, anymore. I think...
he may be too outspoken with interview TV show hosts. But on the rare occasion I've seen him, he has been fascinating. Arrogant? Yes. Sure of himself? You bet. Outspoken? He says whatever he thinks, yeah. But he calls things like they are and doesn't hesitate to say what is so, and why.

For example, he was one of the few who stated unequivocably that OJ Simpson was guilty of murder, and why. He wrote a book about it, I think. He laid out the case, and it was undeniable that Simpson did it, when you looked at the evidence Bugliosi set out. He zeroes in on the facts, throwing the fog and smoke off to the side, letting you see the truth. Fascinating man.

He was guilty and they allowed him to walk free after all those months of trial, etc. That glove thing of OJs was so bad. The media still tries to distract us with that story. OJ is the media murder that keeps giving.

18. OJ didn't do it.
It was his Son Jason. They say a grand jury can indict a ham sandwich. Unless it's the OJ Simpson Grand jury. Then the ham sandwich indicts the grand jury. That's your first clue OJ didn't do it. Then Rejecting the coroners report on time of death for some crazy ass melted Ice cream theory is your second clue OJ didn't do it. But Once you put Jason Simpson in the picture. Suddenly everything makes sence. OJ's only role in that murder is covering up who really did it. His son Jason. He's an accessory after the fact and nothing more. He can be tried for that.

50. No he didn't confess. That's also hearsay. Only RG can testify to what OJ told him.
Edited on Sun May-25-08 06:20 PM by Wizard777
Have you ever heard of a false confession? They happen all the time. To this very day there are still people confessing to have assassinated Abraham Lincoln. I guess it has to be true. Right?

The reason Marcia Clark came up with the melted Ice cream theory. Is because if you go by the time of death establisjed by the coroners report. There is no way OJ could have commited teh murders. He would have been caught red handed seceral times by several different people. That was Marcia Clark tailoring evidence to fit a suspect instead of allowing the evidence to lead her to a suspect. That is what is more commonly called being framed.

Also Jason is a better fit for the psycholgical profile of the killer than OJ. OJ may have some anger management problems. But Jason has a rage disorder. Those muders were not commited by some one that was pissed off. They were commited by someone in a blind rage. That's Jason. OJ also doesn't fit the jealous lover profile. He had other relationships after Nicole. So it's not the she's the only woman for me and if I can't have her. No one can, scenario. But Jason who had a love interest in Nicole. He does fit that profile. He had an obsession with Nicole. They were party buddies and he wanted it to be so much more. Her fling with Ron Goldman is the rejection that set him off and sent him into a blind murderous rage.

14. Had he ever sullied his own hands choking the life out of someone
a charge of murder might be appropriate. However, Stupid murders by proxy and his scale is in at least the tens of thousands.

We don't call such men murderers. We call them war criminals and try them accordingly.

Murder is far too kind a charge. He needs to stand before the Hague in shackles and answer for all the dead here, in Iraq, and in Afghanistan.

He should never again see a sky unmarked by razor wire.

29. A Minneapolis activist wants Bush arrested if he shows up for the Republican Convntion
Check out the article at:
http://www.startribune.com/politics/national/convention...

Long-time Minneapolis peace activist and sometime-gadfly Ed Felien asked a Hennepin County District Court judge on Thursday to compel the county attorney to arrest President Bush when his plane lands for the GOP convention in September.

Felien, a former Minneapolis City Council member, said Bush should be investigated and prosecuted for murder because of troop deaths in Iraq, conspiracy to fix oil prices and conspiracy to distribute drugs by controlling the opium trade in Afghanistan...

In his response to the court, Deputy Hennepin County Attorney Patrick Diamond said the notion that the president could be taken into custody and prosecuted is "highly doubtful." Although he said a number of county residents no doubt shared Felien's views, a court-ordered arrest and prosecution would be an "extraordinary remedy."

Check out the comments about the article as well, the wingnuts were out in force.

And, may I point out that Bugliosi grew up in Minnesota. Must be something in the water here.
