Economic stimulus check

Hello? Haven't seen you yet...When do you plan on stopping by? I did my mother's taxes by mail, her last two ss digits are 10. No check. Did my daughter's income tax electronically, last two digits 13. No check. Did our income tax electronically, last two digits 74 no check. Is anyone getting checks?

6. I haven't gotten mine yet, but a neighbor

sent his taxes in later than I did (by weeks!) and got his check two weeks ago.

If your daughter is claimed on your taxes as a dependent, she won't get a check. If your mom only had social security income, I don't think she gets one either but I'm not sure about that

if you have all the info there's a page on www.irs.gov where you can track the check

8. I dunno...

...but I keep hearing from people that they've gotten letters saying they're getting a check. I've gotten no such letters, although I know I'm eligible. Guess I won't be surprised if I never see the check.

Put most of it in savings as I plan to travel abroad next year.

10. haven't seen mine either, but did get a lovely letter last week from the IRS stating

I was eligible for the check and would be receiving it.

Thanks for spending more taxpayer money to send li'l ol' me that letter.

Thanks for the two previous letters you sent letting me know all about this stimulus check and how it would be coming.

And, most of all thanks for the great anticipation in waiting for that check, especially since 1) I used electronic filing in March, 2) paid in March, AND 3) that my last two SSN digits are in the 1-15 range.

11. Well this is my point

I work at a senior center. All qualify for receiving the check. And only one woman has so far gotten hers. This is out of 24.
