Jesse Jackson, jr. who said he would make an AMENDMENT TO CONSTITUTION his "TOP PRIORITY" if we won back the House in '06 ...where the Amendement would guarentee American Citizens the Constitutional RIGHT to VOTE?

Whatever happened to all of that? HAVA REFORM...all of it........

It's disappointing to me. Hope Obama will get them to do something. We are always "hopeful" ...after all these years!

registering new voters and other political activities this evening. The local DNC had a table at the Afr'Am Festival in Norfolk, for example. And, the Obama Campaign just set up an office in Norfolk and had groups out at various events and in various neighborhoods registering new voters and reminding people to be sure that they are registered as Virginia drops you from the voter rolls for lack of voting.
