two good decisions came out of the SC today. One on racial discrimination and

one on age discrimination. Both involve retaliation which the statutes are silent. The race cased was a 7-2 decision. Dissenters were Scalia and Thomas.

1. Amazing, with Scalia and Thomas there..
we'll probably never have a unanimous decision. Those two are rabid ideologues. It's like moving a mountain.
