Well, Scott McCelland needs to be called to testify before Congress doesn't he?
He certainly cannot refuse to testify about what he wrote in his book.

And we need to get this stuff into the Congressional record for later use.

it appears that Scotty has been hit by a clue by four, and he's ready to sing like a wittle birdy. If he can at least send Karl Rove to prison, I'll die a very happy person one day.

3. Absolutely...
...I don't mind him making money off of his book (I already ordered one), but he needs to tell Congress what he knows, under oath, to put in play all the illegal activities of this administration.
