Did anyone catch McClellan on The Today Show? I missed it.
Edited on Thu May-29-08 10:53 AM by Mugsy
I had planned on trying to catch the interview with Scott McClellan on NBC's Today Show this morning but missed it, and no one has posted clips.

Did anyone else catch it? Was anything interested discussed/revealed?

It was clear from the part I saw that a big turning point was that Scooter, Cheney, Rove all lied to him outright about their involvement with outing Plane. McClellan didn't like his colleagues playing him for a fool.

4. I haven't watched the Today Show in years
This morning I tried to tune in, but it's the same menagerie on that show.

First we see a crowd outside the studio building and then the hosts laugh and make an unfunny remark. Then they cut to commercials.

Then they come back and the hosts laugh again and make unfunny comments and we see the weather. Then they cut to commercials.

Then they come back again and the hosts laugh and we see some completely irrelevant report about shopping, the hosts laugh at something unfunny and then they cut to commercials.

Then we see local news where the hosts laugh at something unfunny and we hear a traffic report before cutting to commercials. They come back and cover some idiotic local story of no interest, the hosts laugh at something unfunny and they cut to commercials. Then they come back and the local news hosts give a weather and sports report and then they cut to commercials.

Then we see the Today Show come back on with a scene of a crowd outside the building and the hosts laugh and make an unfunny remark and they cut to commercials as the stupidity cycle starts again.

I then remember why I cannot stand watching the Today Show.
