Remember Fitz stated he was "suspending" the Plame case?
I just heard Thom Hartmann say that Scottie admitted that Shrub authorized the Plame leak. He also incorporated Cheney & Scooter. Doesn't that mean that Fitz could simply reactivate the case and go after both Shrub & Cheney, and maybe even Scooter, because his sentence for lying was commuted, but he could always be charged with other crimes?

3. I'm positive Fitz has already heard about this book. Even if he
doesn't watch TV or listen to the news, you can bet at lease some of his staffers do!

Come on Fitz! There was a reason you suspended the case instead of closing it!

5. Scooter was tried and convicted for lying, not TREASON.
It's a whole new ballgame and, as interim pResident, Nancy Disaster wouldn't have to pardon a single one of them.

8. Actually, he could go after Scooter again
Mr. Libby was charged with and convicted of perjury, not blowing a secret agent's cover or conspiracy to do so.

So, yes, he is still vulnerable to further prosecution.

Will Bush pardon the whole fucking lot of them (including himself)? Quite possibly, but whether congressional Republicans walk the plank with him this time is problematic.
