Query: Why are the talking heads saying Scott McClellan's book will be out Monday....
When I just bought it at my local Borders Books?

(I didn't really want to give him the money, but I wanted to read it now, so I bought it.)

3. Didn't see it at Costco yesterday
But I did see Bugliosi's book about prosecuting bush for murder and Richard Clark's book about how your government let you down or something like that.

And there were a lot of people thumbing through the Bugliosi book.

I'll wait for it to come out in paperback. Even the costco prices are too high for the hard cover books.

5. Actually, you do if you pay taxes.. and everyone should remember that.
Its so much better for the environment to try and share.. And could you imagine if we had libraries like barnes and noble or borders? What a great place it would be.. If someone wanted to buy a copy, the library would actually make a little money. Coprate pigs always trying to take away the free stuff.

8. I know they do and I don't begrudge a dime.
At one time in Michigan, a portion of all fines paid in court went toward supporting libraries. I don't know if it's that way now or not, but that was a good idea too.

7. Your bookstore broke the rules
The publishers are usually very firm on allowing books to go on sale. They ship them early so the stores can have them, but it's considered a major no-no to sell them early. That's why kids would have to stay up until midnight to get the latest Harry Potter. The stores would start selling the books at one minute after on the official release date.

If the publisher finds out your book store sold books early, they won't ship early next time.

(Yes, I am a writer, btw.)
