David Gregory's wife is Vice President of Fannie Mae
From his bio at MSNBC:

"Gregory lives in Washington, D.C. with his wife Beth Wilkinson, an executive vice president and the general counsel of Fannie Mae, along with their three children."

How fucking cozy is that? I'm sure he's eager to stick his neck out and challenge the Bush administration.

It's long past time to clean up the corruption in this country.

Anyone have Gregory's e-mail address?

1. She appears to be a Democrat.
http://newsmeat.com/fec/bystate_detail.php?st=DC&last=Wilkinson&first=Beth Though did give money to Romney (the only Republican she's given money to).

4. Rocky Anderson, the mayor of Salt Lake, gave money and endorsed Romney in '04.
Sometimes people do stupid things.

10. You gotta remember, Romney was a liberal Republican once.
His family were fairly progressive and there were rumors he'd run for governor of Utah as a Democrat until he decided to do so in MA. Rocky and him were good friends through their work on the Olympics and Romney even endorsed Rocky's second term.

Rocky hasn't changed, Romney has.

6. There are tons of corrupt Democrats in Washington
Of that we can be certain. I'm just so pissed to hear Gregory asking "Where was public opinion" in the lead up to the war on Iraq, and then to learn this little fact...

and why in the hell is she giving money to Romney if she is a Democrat?

3. To be fair.
Fannie Mae is only a Government Sponsored Entity.

They are for profit, and have the air about them that their loans are backed by the full faith and credit of the United States, but they technically aren't.

Now, if we see him pumping loans or mortgage backed securities, he should be removed from television.
