Can a naturalized VP become President if something happens?

Can a naturalized citizen, born in another country who immigrates here, like Arnold, become President in the event that the President is killed/resigns/etc. or does the chain of command skip over them to the Speaker of the House?

So someone who's not native-born can't be prez. Which means succession would have to skip him.
