2. Not going to buy or read it, but . . .
Perfectly willing to metaphorically rub it in 'Lican faces whenever I get the chance.

3. I can appreciate not wanting to line his pockets
but what is the big deal?

He is a whistle blower who was INSIDE.

Seems to me that people prefer to listen to the blathering from those outside (making opinions based on other people's loose speak and perception) than actually READ what the "other side" is actually saying and doing.

Makes no sense to me.

4. Other - I will buy it and read it.
Only options indicate you've already paid for it, or will never pay for it.

7. Waiting for the library to receive a copy...
Heck, the library is a block away and the money I save could be used for tawdry...wait, that's wrong...I meant to say a donation to a charity...no, I was right the first time.
