DU got credentialed - so I want to hold a *NATIONAL* DU meetup in August in Denver

I want to organize it - I just need to know how many of you DU'ers are coming to Denver (I'll X-post this in GD)

Maybe you could organize through the DU people in each state to carpool and cost share.Book hotel rooms in blocks to get cheaper rates. Organize carpools, maybe even get plane seats in blocks..
Not all of us can afford to go to Denver by ourself.

I like to go but I know I can't get there on my own and for me it's out of reach expensive.

But for others maybe doing some of the stuff mentioned above could help.

7. I'm in Denver. Work on the 16th Street Mall above Marlowe's.

Live in Conifer -- have a couple spare bedrooms -- can sleep 7 inside -- plus acreage for tents in mountains. Eh?

Maybe a DU meet-up at the Paramount Cafe?

And am working on having a rental unit available near Civic Center Park, if vacated prior to the Convention.

I love DU meetups, the last one I went to was a hoot! :bounce:
