Dole called Scott mcClellan a "miserable creature for, at long last coming clean. This is the same Bob Dole who held hearings addressing Sun Myung Moon's exploitation of American young people in the 1970's. However, since Moon put over $3 billion into right-wing causes such as the Washington Times, there has not only not been a peep from Dole about Moon's predatory activities, but Dole has appeared at Moonie events.
