In all seriousness, that's what Bush's supporters have been saying about him since day one.

After the '04 election, some idiot preacher in flyoverland kicked all the non-Bush-voting members out of his church. (Didn't take long before the tables were turned, but that's another story.)

Also, I think that 'Jesus Camp' was basically telling their charges that Bush was God's special instrument and they should worship him.

Bush's supporters have always thought he was God.
