Punishment for the crimes.

OK there is an investigation going on over the "possibility" that hedge funds, banks and wealthy investors may have "manipulated" prices on oil, and I am sure on other commodities such as food. These people have caused severe hardships all over the world especially with food in poor countries.

My question is what kind of punishment do you think would be fitting for these jerks?
