Shame on Dunkin' Donunts for pulling that ad that RW'ers screamed about
This is RW'ers saying "WE'RE STILL RELEVANT! NOW LISTEN TO US!!111"

So, basically Dunkin' Donuts appeased the Right when they pulled that ad, and now the Right Wing got what it wanted, a demonstration that it is still relevant, and that is why they screamed about it, it wasn't about terrorism in any way, it's a desperate bid to get attention.

Maybe it's time to consider a boycott of Dunkin' Donuts for appeasing the Psycho Right Wing.

3. Policies of appeasement are dangerous
The American far right must be opposed root and branch with no compromise and no debate.

4. I'd join, but there isn't a Dunkin' in Marin County.
How about that?

7. Shame on Malkin and the Republicans. Dunkin' is just doing what it has to.
DD isn't supposed to be about politics, it's about unhealthy breakfast pastries and new ways to exchange sugar delivery vehicles for your hard-earned cash. They don't want to make enemies, and there's no reason they should.

Blame the idiots whose racist bigotry encourages them to misinterpret, smear, and hate at every opportunity. Blame those who mix donuts with politics, not those who try to keep politics out of their donuts.

Then again, this is the most anyone has thought about Dunkin donuts in years, so it probably hasn't hurt them any. Krispy Kreme is probably right now trying to hire Ashley Simpson to appear in a commercial carrying a copy of Dianetics.

11. They absofuckinglutely did.
They sell donuts. A controversy over a commercial, even if it is a completely ignorant controversy, is bad for business. So they stopped running the commercial. Some people around here are acting like The Dixie Chicks suddenly endorsed McCain. That's only slightly less idiotic than the idiots who started the whole whine in the first place. It's a commercial--companies run those to make people like them, not to start wars.

9. Keith suggested a boycott, and I'm ok. with that idea. Funny thing is, I saw that very scarf
at Marshall's but didn't buy it. It reminded me of Yassir Arafat! (And this was before the hullabaloo).

But how stupid is Dunkin Donuts for taking the ad off the air?
