Clinton's outward manner influenced my thinking/feeling about her as candidate.
I voted for her early on in NY state primary. But as she put on a stronger and stronger outward pushy quality I found I could not stand listening to. I also did not like the falsehoods that sometimes appeared. I believe her to be a strong, smart and capable candidate. I honor her for how hard she fought. I also think that the years of shaming by dallying big dog could have made a deep mark in her psyche. But she was where she was partly because of her place next to him. It is wonderfully complex. She did a great job of getting votes at the end. I am proud but also very aware that the quiet strong calmness shown on the surface of some such as Obama...and even the despicable W is a factor in winning such a race.

This is a media driven society. And I believe we all know deeply about someone. It is kind of magic.

Hurray for the girl. I am glad Obama won. I know he will win the office. Perhaps she will make it there someday as well.
