Just saw it on the the Senate C-Span in the banner on the bottom of the screen.

1. Didn't it already take place today?

There was a "watch it live" link on yahoo earlier. I could not check it is most video streams are blocked at work here, but wouldn't C-SPAN show it live rather than wait til 8?

House is in session. That's why it will be shown tonight. It was on MSNBC until it recessed for the vote on FISA.
