Kidding aside, my two issues would probably be the last two (though I recognize that all of these are important, of course):

Politics/Government/Corruption/Campaign finance reform
and
War in Iraq/Peace/Foreign policy

Of course it is hard to pick just two. But that's what the OP asked for. So to say you can't pick just two means you're an asshat.

This is, of course, on a national level. On a state or local leve, I would pick education. But that's a national issue to me really.
