my only problem is that i have to limit the number of participants to what will fit on a button. otherwise, it could go on and on and on and on and...

19. The start up prices on Cafe Press are comparable...
...to getting them done locally (last time I checked).

You save money because you don't have to buy a batch of them (100, 500, 1,000) before you sell them.

Maybe we should take up a collection and you started, these designs are too good to pass up.

Before you know it, someone may steal them!

17. Beautiful Work...
Now here's hoping we see the real thing in the not too distant future.

Can you make one of those where all those faces alternate...kinda like those old buttons I had as a kid you'd move at different angles and see a different image?

It'd be fun walking around Millenium Park with those buttons and watch the reactions...methinks you'd make a lot of friends and sales.

Cheers...

27. Maybe The Alley Would Carry Them...
Or my favorite old headshop...Adams Apple in Rogers Park...that place has been there for at least 35 years.

Too bad you hadn't put this out a couple days ago...I would have suggsted going down by the Chicago Theater...Bill Mahrer was there over the weekend and the place was sold out. We saw some 9/11 demostrators outside...kinda chuckled at their outrage and saw a great show. I was missing my Friday Night Mahrer fixes...that one did the trick.

Honestly, let me know if you'll be taking those things public...and I'll pass your link to a few friends who I know would appreciate the next term being a long one in the Hague.

Cheers...

28. they are on my website. and thank you for the suggestion.
adam's apple doesn't carry buttons, but i will try the alley. they sell them at quimby's bookstore, woman made gallery, and heartland cafe. but, i will be glad to come out to any event if you let me know. (ok, i am going to put up some pics of my truck. few minutes)
i had a license, and they found some old tickets that i had refused to pay (streets and san towed my car, and forgot where they left it. we didn't find it until it started getting tickets.) so they pulled it until i paid. DH did finally pay them, but i haven't gotten around to straightening that out.
i need deadlines.

speaking of- don't you think the chicago du'ers are overdue for a get together?

30. Give This Yet Another Deserved Kick...
Another place came to mind...not quite local. Last year I saw a T-shirt store across of Faux Noise HQ in Manhattan that had a wide array of anti-booosh shirts in the window. I think it was on 49th street...and sure hoped O'Reilly and the other asshats had to walk past it every day.

OT...I think getting Chicago DU'ers together is like herding cats...LOL. City folks vs. us suburban hive dwellers. LOL. Yes, it's long overdue. Hopefully an Obama victory party will do the trick.

18. Fucking awesome!
Since you are good with photoshop, how about...

A picture of the twin towers on the day of the false-flag operation. Preferably with the fireball at the south tower a few seconds after impact. Superimposed is the face of Darth Cheney (one with his trademark lopsided sneer). In a stencil typeface and layout mimicking that of "The A Team" the words "The Z Team." And a speech bubble from Cheney saying "I love it when a plan comes together."

22. well, that's a little much for a button.
you have to really polish things, and get them down to their very smallest size. here is one that is kinda what you are saying (having a little trouble with this image coming up on the website. grr. the button is not that fuzzy.)-

29. I Like All Of Them But The Last One.
Almost everyone I know would totally understand, laugh at and likely agree with the top three. But one big problem I still see to this day is that a lot of people like Condi and wouldn't easily be able to relate her to the crimes of the others, regardless of their ignorance being to blame for that. But the last one would likely spark negative reaction from many, whereas the top 3 would probably be great conversation pieces that most would agree with.
