One of the most damning bits of information that I heard that disproves Ivins as the guilty one is
when they conducted their investigation, they said they linked the strains of Anthrax back to the vials that Dr. Ivins had. But, the strains that, supposedly, Dr. Ivins had was in liquid form. The strains that were sent in the mail was in powder form. The expert said that he would have to have a highly sophisticated machine to transform liquid Anthrax into powder. A machine Dr. Ivins did not own.

Has anyone else heard that?

I'm sorry, I do not have a link. I heard it on MSNBC last night.

1. Supposedly Ivins had access to a lyophilizer, which dries the spores.

5. But on KO, Posner says the experts he talked to said that lyophilizer

couldn't produce the type of anthrax used in the attacks.

6. OK, I'll buy that. I only heard that he was one of a very few who had access
to it and knew how to use it--but I'm suspicious of every aspect of the FBI case.

13. This other scientist that Greenwald quotes says that people who
work on vaccines need that equipment.

It seems to me another case of the FBI pointing to something normal and making it sound suspicious.

11. He said he'd talked to eight microbiologists.
And what he says comports with what Nass has been saying -- she was a colleague of Ivins -- as well as a couple of other scientists who work at Detrick but not in Ivins' lab.

8. On KO last night -- investigative reporter Posner spoke with 6 experts in the field
who insisted the kind of lyophilizer Ivins had access to could NOT produce the quality of anthrax that was sent out.

The whole lyophilizer story is another FBI bullshit point.

16. Did he say six? I thought it was eight. The whole FBI case
is built that way, though. And as soon as you think about it for two minutes, the buleria is pretty obvious.

2. It was on KO last night.
I feel so sorry for Mr. Ivins. He was set up and murdered. I am sure he never saw it coming. I hope his family is preparing a huge, huge lawsuit.

9. And no autopsy was done. I find that very, very odd.
A few years back a writer who had connected the CIA to drug trafficing was found dead around San Francisco with two bullet holes in the back of his head. The death was ruled a suicide. Can't remember his name Gary something I think. This was also during Junior's term.

23. People will only recall the government's story. Only the jury will really see the evidence, if any.
The fact that the people will only remember the government's story is enough to essentially erase history.
