A question about belly fat.
Re this thread

Belly fat goes in two places-- between your skin and the abdominal muscle wall, and inside your belly cavity, in contact with your organs. The latter type is the notorious, metabolically active type that dumps fat cells right into your bloodstream and increases artery-busting inflammation.

But the former type... how much different can it be from any other fat on your body, really? Or could it possibly, by virtue of its location, be intermediate in metabolic activity and inflammatory propensity between "inside your belly" and "thighs and butt"?

Just something that sounds obvious, but may not be as much so as we think.

4. It is not good for you - for sure
and is really hard to lose. From what I have heard doctors say it is basically a fat pocket.... Look for it in the store's freezers next to the Lean Pockets.

Sorry, couldn't help myself. 3:30 in the morning, tired but not sleepy, didn't take the medication that I need to sleep, and getting punch drunk.

5. Haven't seen that, but...
I have seen Arrogant Bastard Ale.

Don't really know how it tastes yet. I hope it's as good as Blue Paddle.
