3. The people in Dubai get it-------

It was just a casual remark in the middle of a puff piece during the coverage a golf tournament held in Dubai this winter.

As the video showed the vast building boom going on the emirate the commentator noted that Dubai is undergoing a transformation into a tourist mecca because they know their oil is running out and will need new revenue streams to maintain their country's prosperity.
