5. It was excellent

He improvises his monologues. This one was exceptionally grand.

6. I ran across four people today who were so frustrated, they were thinking of

staying home and not voting. I about fainted.

"Oh, no! You can't be serious!" I said.

They were until I reminded them of 4 years ago. "Do you remember how you felt after Kerry lost? How long did it take you to come out of that slump?"

They all started comparing depressed states and being down in the doldrums for weeks...never wanted to go through that again.

Finally, one of them said that he hated he couldn't vote for Hillary, but he could vote Democrat! They all agreed that was how they would feel about it, too. It wasn't Obama/Biden, it was not having Hillary.

By the time I left, I was feeling pretty good about their change of heart. I know they will vote.

I also posted about this, because I didn't see your post first (sorry!).

Craig did a great job of pointing out the issues that need to be addressed. Although he didn't enodrise Obama, the issues he talked about are the same issues Obama talks about.

I thought he did a great job of saying WHY everyone needs to vote! I want his rant on a loop to play at every voter registration booth in the entire US!

This is a proud Scotsman who became a US Citizen and is prouder of his adopted country than most "natural-born" Americans are!
