CNN- Merill Lynch downgrades GE to "neutral"
General Electric (GE Quote - Cramer on GE - Stock Picks) downgraded at Merrill from Buy to Neutral. $28 price target. Estimates also cut to reflect lower financial services earnings.

These captains of industry no longer have the credibility to run a lemonade stand, IMO.
