Congress should not choose between

a) Giving Bush $700 billion without strings

or

b) Giving Bush $700 billion with strings


There are thousands of other things Congress could do to help the economy.

Bush is a terrible president with a terrible economic record.

Congress shouldn't assume that he knows best.

why even bother asking the question? Caving is second-nature to Mizz Nancy. And I'm afraid I don't expect much better from Harry Reid. Both have been utter and total disappointments.
