I'd like to hear others' opinions on CQ Politics

With a vast array of websites from which to choose, I've never gotten around to investigating CQ Politics. I haven't been to the site very often, but tonight I clicked on a link at Buzzflash and got directed to the following article at CQ Politics:

I realize that it's wrong to judge a website by the words of random trolls, but I found the first (and so far the only) reply to this article incredibly galling. I considered for a moment registering simply for the satisfaction of shooting holes in this racist's position, but then wondered whether the site was a RW haven.

I'd appreciate hearing from people with some familiarity with CQ Politics. I had considered the link from Buzzflash a decent endorsement, but seeing that horrible response made me wonder about it.
