Anyone else excited about the debate tonight?
I can't wait to see an overly caffeinated McCain slipping in pre-written 'zingers' at the wrong times and Obama just slap down all of McCain's talking points one by one with dignity and logic.

6. The problem
The problem is that the American public is not sophisticated enough to even understand Obama's intelligent answers, much less appreciate them. If the citizens of this country had half a clue, they would never have allowed W to be pres twice and McCain would not be close. To paraphrase P. T. Barnum: one will never be elected underestimating the stupidity of the American electorate. McCain and Rove know that!

8. My daughter called me up this morning before work
to tell me that her and her friend are coming over for the debate with my son and I. It was so funny to hear her say she's so excited and could hardly wait. This is a child that didn't have a clue about politics or even care. Now I have 3 20 somethings coming over to party with the old lady tonight, while watching obama kick his ass. I'm so excited, have been all week. This is the time for obama to pull out all the stops and show this old asshole who's in charge.
