They want to direct people to their website. It is their property and their right, of course, but I happen to think it's penny-wise/pound-foolish as it would seem to be in their best interest to let it go viral. Free advertising. Encourage people to tune in next week.

Why has SNL not released a DVD collection of their best political parodies? :shrug: It's the only thing that they've consistently done well over the years.
