On Weds. I met Howard Dean. Today I met Russ Feingold.

Not a bad week for meeting two of my favorite people in the Democratic Universe.

4. Russ needs to stop running his mouth about how great McSame is

I love Russ, most of the time, but he's really getting on my nerves about his love of McCain. He seems to be under the false impression that if he stays on McCain's "good" side that he'll have input if the worst happens on Nov 4th. McCain has already shown his contempt of Feingold when he thumbed his nose at the campaign financing laws he and Russ worked to pass.

5. I met Howard Dean

at Netroots Nation in Austin this summer. Boy, he is a little ball of dynamite! Some other decidedly non-political observations: He looks much better in person, even Very Good Looking. He appears much younger in person than he does on TV. People went nuts when he appeared...God, what a President he would have made!
