12. A serious answer to a serous question
It has been set aside, like any other spending bill until it is used.

That is the serious answer.

Now for the rest of you... how do you TRANSPORT 900B in actual bills across borders?

And the other question is... have we PRINTED that much?

Much of our money is actually ones and zeros, but I am sure most don't realize this

15. I honestly think they didn't want too much time to go
by because too many questions would be asked and then they might not get it. We have been had! Everyone out there face it, even if everything would have gotten much worse (and I'm sure it would have) they still set this whole thing up with swap trades. They, at the top made unprecedented amount of money. How did Ben Stein that fuck phrase it, oh yea UNIMAGINABLE!!

14. It's hard at work, injecting some liquidity into the market.
You know, adding some much needed sogginess to the economy so that our credit won't be too crunchy.
