...you can just register at youtube. It lets you comment on videos and rate or report them, too.

In fact, any reasonable response from someone who isn't a mouth-frothing racist is voted down until it disappears, while the most vile and loony comments are voted up. Some of his videos are rated as high as 4 1/2 stars! WTF?
