Why would Frau Bachmann call for the re-formation of the HCUA when the Bu$h regime has far more Draconian methods in place to investigate whomever they want? Marston had to mention the reviled HCUA to establish a diversion .. a red-state herring, as it were.

Actually, Frau Bachmann called for the press to investigate anti-American members of Congress. That was her challenge to Chris Matthews.

They have. Some of the media (the rational ones) have decided there's nothing there, and the rest (Fox News) can't get any traction with his formative relationships with voters who aren't buying their (and Backmann's) crap this time around.
