I never listen, but I caught about 1 minute, and I think he said that Wall Street wasn't panicked anymore, but the leaders were still talking scared for political purposes. Called the "leaders in Washington" yellowbellies (as I remember it).

Is that asshole always like that?

I'll stick with guys like Krugman, instead of some bloviator on CNN.
