Oh gawd, on MJ Mark Halperin just asked Annie Liebowitz to photograph him with his IPhone!

While he pompously posed.Tasteless, egotistical and stupid! I can't believe he did this.

Poor Annie, she was confronted with a item she was not familiar with and asked for an immediate portrait by this tacky guy. I'm just appalled. She said "I'm so embarrassed," and even tho she managed a laugh, I don't think she was amused.

Ellen DeGeneres did the same exact thing with Steven Spielberg on an awards show. It was very funny when she did it.

4. I didn't see it but my guess is that Ellen was deferential to Spielberg as an artist.

She has a disarming way about her. Halperin was being a pompous ass. He is so arrogant I really don't think he knew he was totally out of line with what he did.

prodded Spielberg into taking not just a good picture but a GREAT picture and Spielberg turned into the Oscar-winning photographer that he is and got out of his seat to get just the right angle.

It was a hoot!
