Holy Cow..... Serious problems with Verizon
I have been trying to get hold of Verizon Sales dept to talk about my crap DSL connection (currently using old ISP to connect to Internet because of said crap connection)

Dude I pressed '0' to speak with an operator, and the phone tree robot transferred me to a SEX LINE!!!! Where I was informed that for only 1.99 per minute I could get off on HOT SEXY GIRLS HAVING PHONE SEX -- my husband was in the room to witness this.

LOL/OMG/WTF!?!

5. In these hard times, Verizon needs new products to stay solvent.
When the do fix it, make sure you get a credit for the days you can't get service.

6. LOL Now, that a really unique problem. It seems that the one area
that not only hasn't improved but has actually gone down is service is the ISP sector. I have been having problems with AT&T since Feb and after having 5 techs come out they have finally decided that I am too far away from their signal to get faster speed. I'm in Pasadena, CA, for Christ sake. But after reviewing all the other providers and reading customer's comments, none of them are any better. Maybe they should all transfer us to a sex line - I'll bet their customer service is better than what we have.

19. Or some sniper grabbed an 800 line Verizon neglected to renew.
That's pretty funny if it happens to a phone company.

The worst website sniping I saw was a big box church's teen site... you guessed it, a barely legal teen sex site grabbed it. I was a nice guy and called the church, but it took them a surprising amount of time to take it off their home page. I wonder how long kids in the church had known about it...

12. I just got a robocall from Verizon
It seems they didn't send me a bill this month, now I'm behind. The mechanical voice was pushy and a little threatening. "You have a past due amount of $120.00. Press 1 to pay the full amount, press 2 to pay a different amount......"

It wasn't verizon, but the same thing happened. I'm not sure if I dialed the wrong number or if the wires got crossed.
