1. It's the ONLY solution..
then hire people to run the place..for a fair wage.. not millions to sink the place

2. Not necesarily, but with the current mind set... it has possibilities
that said, I was amazed at hearing a second Michiganer try to explain to the rest of the country how their case of pneumonia will spread

Folks don't (normally) get it

3. It made so much sense it will never happen. Can't let all that money trickle down
into middle-class hands. We might turn into a democracy.

What Moore said will be another holiday present I'm not gonna get.

Okay, okay, I *dare* to hope. It'll kill me, but I'll try, despite the skeptical voices in my head.
:o

4. A lot of it was just common sense that Moore used
Sometimes I think Washington just lives in Bizarro world.

7. We should nationalize the oil companies too
Energy is what drives the world economy. It's ridiculous to let private oil firms profit off such a necessary everyday commodity like fuel.

10. I like the idea of making them build some decent trains
The long-terms benefits are worth it. Neoliberalism is dead- nationalize.

12. Any Corporation so large to endanger our economy
should it fail, is too damn big. It should be either nationalized or busted up, not just the auto industry, any of them. This is a national security issue. Moore was spot on. And so are you.

11. That would be interesting. Many of the other oil producing countries
nationalized their oil production in the early 1970s or round about that time. It would really be strange if we nationalized ours. I don't think we could or would do it, but it is somehow an intriguing idea. How would, say, a country like Saudi Arabia react if we nationalized, say Exxon, etc.? The idea makes me laugh. I don't mean that in a sarcastic way. It really makes me laugh in the way I laugh at Jon Stewart. It's just a funny twist of an idea.

14. I only caught the tail end of it but it was RIGHT ON TIME!!
Michael Moore made so much sense. It's as if our country's leaders have all gone insane. Why the fuck can't they see this?

Oh, that's right. Campaign contributions.
