and it seems to be more of a career advice board. It doesn't seem to be very active, either.

5. Fascinating concept

An online social network community job board. I lik eit.

I suspect given the geographic spread of the community I suspect the board would have nominal impact. However it could morph into something I've been thinking about for a while: A work centric barter site.

There are many people on this site with some real skills. Anyone see MiniTabby"s watercolor of Obama? A job board could start as a services for services barter classifieds.
