Is anyone still unconvinced that the true battle is between labor and capital?

With Capital having a disproportionately large share of control over the government. This is the battle line as far as I can see. We feed the corporate beast with our money and the beast continues to grow stonger.

I'm ashamed to have an MBA

1. ABRAHAM LINCOLN on labor and capital

ABRAHAM LINCOLN

"Labor is prior to, and independent of, capital. Capital is only the fruit of labor, and could never have existed if Labor had not first existed. Labor is superior to capital, and deserves much the higher consideration."

You are right its a class war.

2. I agree.....
and will add that the other major battle over the longterm has been between closed government and its fascist protectors and open government advocates.

I'm always horrified by how Democrats will side with the GOP thugs when it comes to the secrecy and privilege of closed government.

3. I too liked it better when I was stupid
my attitude became horribly cynical when I finished my MBA.

4. The MBA isn't the problem
Most laborers know that it requires some real smarts to manage all that capital. They thought part of that smarts was knowing how valuable your labor is. And if your MBA didn't teach you that, they kind of thought basic human decency would. The Reagan propaganda has just been too strong, that's all.

5. someone has to manage all of the labor

Your MBA could help you to change that.
