SW Michigan gas stations raise prices 26 cents (17%) overnight

Gas stations around southwestern Michigan raised their prices at least twice, and some three times, during the evening and night hours on Thursday and into Friday morning.

The Shell station on South Westnedge started Thursday morning with regular selling for $1.49.9. By mid-day, it had gone up to $1.59.9, and by the evening hours, it was at $1.75.9.
