7. It's not about JR bush
It's a philosophy that's been in play since at least the '80s. My chosen profession was electronics and I saw the coming shitstorm back then. Companies didn't want to pay for intelligent, skilled employees, they wanted a cheap pair of hands to follow the instructions given by the few the company could justify paying for. The financial elite need to learn the lesson that you can make more money with skilled and capable labor than you can with cheap disposable labor.
